These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and calon4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at calon4d.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing calon4d.cam, creating a player account, making deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and calon4d.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on calon4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be aged21 years or above. calon4d strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or jurisdiction of access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of calon4d, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must register and maintain only one (1) Account at any time. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, or payment method are prohibited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or problem gambling restriction that would prevent you from accessing gambling services on this or any other platform.

Registration on calon4d requires the provision of a valid username, email address, and password, as well as accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred payment method. All information provided must be truthful and consistent with your official identity documents.

KYC Verification is mandatory for all players prior to their first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at calon4d's discretion. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

calon4d processes KYC documents within 10–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Players who fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have their withdrawal requests suspended and their Accounts reviewed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on calon4d are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). calon4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20.

Deposit Conditions:

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; players should refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current minimums.
• e-Wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to the Account instantly. Bank transfers via FPX typically process within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits typically process within 15–30 minutes following the required number of network confirmations.
• calon4d does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the Player's own name, matching their KYC-verified account details.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal can be initiated against Balance containing bonus funds.
• e-Wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 30–120 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15–45 minutes, subject to network conditions.
• calon4d reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such checks.
• Withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

calon4d offers a range of bonuses, promotions, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") to registered Players. All Promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion details page.

calon4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or email where reasonably practicable.

All Games offered on calon4d are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or category. By placing a wager, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the on-screen game rules and these Terms, the on-screen game rules shall prevail for that specific game.

• Wagers are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except in circumstances where a technical fault has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. calon4d does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, any affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Balance. calon4d is not liable for losses arising from technical faults outside its reasonable control.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and in-play lines are subject to change prior to settlement. calon4d reserves the right to void markets where events are determined to have been affected by corruption, irregular betting patterns, or official match abandonment.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet, per market, and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant sportsbook or game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on calon4d and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without prior notice:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform as a person under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any underage individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating any other individual.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tools to place wagers or interact with Games on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of known bugs, software glitches, or system errors to place wagers or accumulate winnings in a manner not consistent with normal gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals against genuine deposits to the Platform.

calon4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player breaches any provision of these Terms.
• A Player is determined to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification is not completed within the timeframe requested by calon4d.
• A Player requests voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• calon4d is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, calon4d reserves the right to withold any Balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, the Balance may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact our support team via live chat or at[email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, calon4d, its directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winings, or anticipated savings.
• Technical failures, server downtime, game malfunctions, or internet connectivity issues outside calon4d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your own failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, market data, or statistical information displayed on the Platform.
• Changes to applicable law or regulation that affect your ability to access the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits calon4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

calon4d collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, email address, residential address, payment method details, KYC identity documents, gameplay records, transaction history, and communication records with our support team.

calon4d does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, conduct identity verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which calon4d holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the purpose of any legal proceedings.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact calon4d's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. calon4d will endeavour to resolve all Player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 10 business days of the complaint being formally lodged.
